- Processing time is typically 1 business day during normal volumes.
- Peak periods (new drops, holidays) may add 1–2 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
- High‑value orders may require address verification and signature on delivery.
Tracking, Delivery & Signature
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as a label is created.
- Carrier updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.
- Signature may be required for orders $300+ or at our fraud team’s discretion.
- If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup location.
- Once marked “Delivered,” please check with household members and neighbors first. Then contact the carrier to open a trace and reach out to us within 3 business days.
Shipping Restrictions & Address Tips
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or international addresses.
- We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order is placed. Cancel and reorder if needed (prior to fulfillment).
